Flagler recently announced KeHe Distributors has signed a long-term 29,624-square-foot lease at Flagler Center, one of Northeast Florida’s newest and largest master-planned office parks located off Interstate 95. KeHe Distributors, a distributor of natural and specialty food products serving more than 33,000 food retailers nationwide, will relocate the company’s regional office from St. Augustine to 12740 Gran Bay Parkway at Flagler Center. Flagler Center is currently home to Baptist Medical Center South, Citicorp’s 600,000-square-foot corporate campus and Web.com’s corporate headquarters.

“The location of Flagler Center is ideal for our new office given the flexibility of office space and proximity to I-95 and other major thoroughfares. This will allow for ease and accessibility for our employees,” said Michelle DuFresne, Vice President – Shared Services, of KeHe.

Flagler Center is positioned on 1,022 acres and features 1.4 million square feet of Class-A office and industrial space. The office park is also entitled for an additional 2.4 million square feet of office, 170,000 square feet of retail, 510 multi-family units and 180 hotel rooms, providing an excellent location for business and lifestyle opportunities. Flagler offers build-to-suit opportunities at Flagler Center, allowing high-growth companies the opportunity to expand in a corporate business park setting.
