Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty proudly announces four leadership appointments to advance the company’s strategic business goals and growth. The company announced the promotions of Josh Cohen as Regional Broker Manager, Linda Benson as Broker/Career Development Director, Roxane Felder as Manager of the Fleming Island office and Thomas Belz as Managing Broker of the Mandarin office.

Josh Cohen joined the company in 2004 as a Realtor. In his new role, he will be working with all Brokers and Managers throughout the company on professional development and coaching. Cohen will continue to lead the company’s Metropolitan offices of Avondale and San Marco, where he has served as Managing Broker since 2017. Cohen experience includes working with the company’s Relocation and REO division for seven years.
Linda Benson joined the company in 2010 as a Realtor. In her new role, she will lead the company’s training and coaching on tools, technology and platforms. Benson was named Managing Broker of the company’s Fleming Island office in 2013 and also has led the Mandarin office since 2020. Prior to joining the company, Benson served in leadership positions for more than 15 years in the software solutions and services industry.
Roxane Felder joined the company as a Realtor in 2017 and later served as assistant manager of the company’s Fleming Island and Mandarin offices. Since 2021, Felder has served as Education Manager of the company’s Rising Star training and coaching programs. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Thomas Belz joined the company as a Realtor in 2021. A longtime resident of Northeast Florida, he has extensive knowledge of the region and a deep understanding of customer service. Prior to his real estate career, Belz worked as a professional chef for more than 15 years in many exceptional restaurants and hotels locally and across the country.
