Meeting House Amenity Center opens at Granary Park

GreenPointe Developers recently hosted a Ribbon Cutting celebration signaling the official opening of the Meeting House Amenity Center at Granary Park, a new community in Clay County offering a family-focused lifestyle minutes from everything Northeast Florida has to offer.

The celebration featured delicious food from El Agave and libations from Bubbles and Brews. Residents enjoyed a first look at the new amenities, with the Reale family, Granary Park’s first residents, having the honor of cutting the ribbon.

“We have been looking forward to these terrific community amenities and we are excited to celebrate the official opening,” said Amanda Reale. “Granary Park is a wonderful community that offers fun for the whole family.”   

The Granary Park amenity center spans 4.5 acres and includes several gathering spaces. The Meeting House overlooks a beach-entry with deck space for relaxing and a firepit. The pavilion is perfect for gatherings offering 1,000 square feet of covered outdoor space or enjoy the great outdoors on the event lawn and rec field. Adults can work out with top-of-the-line weights and cardio equipment in the fitness center while the littles can enjoy endless hours of adventure on the state-of-the-art playground equipment. The Puppy Prairie dog park for the community’s four-legged residents will allow pooches of all sizes to enjoy some quality off-leash time.

Lennar offers 12 one- and two-story, single-family floor plans at Granary Park. The three- and four-bedroom floor plans range in size from 1,714 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet and priced from the $300s. Three decorated model homes are available to tour.

Granary Park is located near local parks, including the 90-acre Ronnie Van Zant Memorial Park which features a disc golf course, sport fields, nature trails, fishing piers and more.
