Nominations are open for the 2024 ULI North Florida’s Awards for Excellence. The Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding real estate projects and organizations throughout the District Council. The deadline to submit all nominations is Thursday, August 1, 2024.

The Awards for Excellence Program is the centerpiece of ULI’s efforts in North Florida to identify and promote best practices in all types of real estate development. Eligible nominations include projects that demonstrate excellence and best practices in the areas of planning, design, construction, management, financial viability and sustainability.

The awards are competitively based and open to real estate developments and projects from around North Florida. Qualified submissions will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges from the local and national development community.

The award categories include New Development, Public Sector/Non-Profit, Reuse/Repurpose, Urban Development and Organization of Influence. In addition, the judges have the discretion to present a Judges Choice Award to a project that embodies ULI’s mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.

Self-nominations are welcomed, and nomination applications can be submitted by both ULI members and non-members. Resubmittals for past finalists are also welcome. Projects and organizations must be located within the ULI North Florida District Council – from Duval to Escambia Counties.  Projects must be completed between October 2020 and May 2024. The nomination fees are $75 for non-profits/public agencies and $150 for private companies. To complete the nomination form or for more information, visit www.northflorida.uli.org.
